Express article 25 the following: "article 25. Within the limits of its competence this law and other legislation governing hunting compliance supervised by the Ministry of agriculture, environmental protection and regional development ministries and subordinated to the Ministry of the Interior or the monitoring of existing authorities. Express article 31 paragraph 1, second subparagraph "b" and "b1" subparagraph by the following: "(b)) the State fee in full on the Hunter's license, a hunting licence, the Hunter's seasonal card and permit foreigners to hunt on the territory of Latvia, b1) duty in full on the Hunter and hunting the driver of the examination, candidates".
