The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment to the law "on retirement pension system of the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" make law "on retirement pension system in the Ministry of the Interior staff with special ranks" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 9, no. 9; 2000; 2002, no. 15; 2005, no. 24; 2007; 2008, no. 24, no. 3, 6, 2009 15., 22., no; Latvian journal, 2010, 82, no. 153; 2013, no 6.) following amendment: to express the text of article 6 in the following wording: "the retirement pension by reference to the law" on State pensions "in the State pension at the time of the review and in order." The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted a law in July 9, 2013. The President a. Smith 2013 in Riga on July 17.
