The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the real estate cadastre of the State law to make the real estate cadastre (public law of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 1; 2008, 7 No, No 14, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, nr. 106; 2012, 50 no; 228 nr. 2014) the following amendments: transitional provisions: to make 33 and 34 point as follows: "this Act 69.33. the third paragraph of article apply when developing the cadastral value of the base for the year 2020, 2021. The cadastral value of the base-year 2018 2019. develop according to the situation in the property market, as it was on July 1, 2015. 34. Article 71 of this law, the second subparagraph shall apply when calculating the cadastral value 2018 January 1st. "; transitional provisions be supplemented with 36 as follows: "36.2016 in the cadastral value in force database the cadastral value is applicable also to the calculation in the year 2017."
The Parliament adopted the law of 19 may 2016. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on May 26.
