The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment and payment services, electronic money in the law to make payments and electronic money Services Act (Latvian journal 2010, nr. 43; 2011, 52, 85 no; 2013, 128, 187. no; by 2014, 2015, 92 no; 248. no) the following amendments: 1. Article 20, first paragraph: Add to subparagraph after the word "commitments" with the words "criminal money laundering and terrorist financing prevention requirements" of persons responsible; Add to paragraph 2, after the word "year" with the word "appropriate". 3. Supplement article 21, first paragraph, after the word "commitments" with the words "criminal money laundering and terrorist financing prevention requirements of the person in charge". 4. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 16: "16." payment services, electronic money institutions and criminal money-laundering and terrorist financing prevention requirements of persons responsible for compliance with this law, article 20 and 21 of the till 2017 January 1.
