The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: Act to make disability disability law (Latvian journal 2010, 91, 205. no; no 117; in 2011, 2012, 157, 192. no) following amendment: Express article 8 the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the Person's functional limitations assessed in National Commission for certified doctors. National Commission of doctors evaluating a constraint is functioning independently. " The Parliament adopted the law of 19 may 2016. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on June 6.
