The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the pre-promotion law do the pre-promotion law (Latvian journal, 2012, 2014, 199 No; 75. nr.) the following amendments: 1. Add to article 1, paragraph 5, the words "(the fee)". 2. To supplement the law with the chapter IV1 by the following: "chapter IV1. (2) the municipality at least 150 days before the polling day, subject to this Act and other legislative provisions, have the right to issue binding rules on election canvassing materials placement in public places and places against a public place, providing for restrictions on election canvassing materials to the type, size, light and sound effects for the environment, the architecture of buildings and premises, as well as the first part of this article the places referred to in the additional space that prohibited the deployment of election canvassing materials.
