The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on international treaties of the Republic "to make the law" on international treaties of the Republic of Latvia (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 3; 2004, nr. 7; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 205; 2013, no 128) the following amendments: 1. Express article 9 paragraph 3 by the following: "3) contracts for foreign military formations of the armed forces of the stay (not related to training and maneuvers) in Latvia, where the total number of staff in one event during more than 100 persons and residence time is longer than six months, except in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, including with individual Member States closed an agreement on military formations of the armed forces stay in Latvia;". 2. Supplement article 12 with the second and the third part as follows: "the procedures shall ensure the representation of the interests of Latvia in international human rights institutions, as well as representatives of Latvia in international human rights institutions, rights and their implementation modalities shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. The order in which the interests of Latvia provides for international investment disputes, as well as cooperation between the bodies involved in the dispute, decision-making and information procedures laid down by the Cabinet of Ministers.
