Supplement article 1, point 7, the words "as well as the building entitled". 2. in article 7: put the second part of paragraph 3 by the following: ' 3) for construction — a person with a contract, except contracts for building rights, granting certain rights to build. " Add to article 2.1 part as follows: "(21) of this Act by the owner of real property or, if not, the legal possessor — rights and obligations also apply to a person who in the land is as the building entitled, in respect of the construction, which built the building rights." 3. Add to article 24 of the sixth and seventh paragraph as follows: "(6) if the application for registration of the cadastral object or data updating cadastre shall be filed using a specific purpose create an electronic service, the applicant shall be identified using this electronic service is available in the electronic means of identification. Such application may be submitted not to sign with a secure electronic signature. The application shall be accompanied by the laws in certain documents or data. (7) the sixth subparagraph of this article shall be exempted from the provisions of this article, the fourth and fifth paragraphs, as well as in this Act provided for in article 24.1. "
4. Add to article 44, the second paragraph with the following wording of point 4.2: ' 42) news about the building entitled, if the building brought to building rights; ".
5. in article 87: make the first paragraph by the following: "(1) any person has the right to request the cadastre information. General cadastre information requests through a specific purpose create an electronic service, or provide a written submission. Limited availability of cadastral information requests with written application. "; Add to article 1.1 part as follows: "(11) If a general cadastre information requests through a specific purpose create an electronic service, the applicant shall be identified using this electronic service is available in the electronic means of identification. Following submission of a request for information may not be signed with a secure electronic signature. " The law shall enter into force on January 1, 2017. The Parliament adopted law 2016 10 November. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on November 25.
