General Part 1. Report shall contain data based on the records of the person. 2. The line is completed, if the waste is hazardous; 10.4. B4 line indicates the determination of the quantity of waste method: 10.4.1 M, where waste is weighed; 10.4.2. (A) if the waste is calculated (for example, the conversion of mass to volume units); 10.4.3. N, if the amount of waste valued differently (for example, after a process of assessment, experts in any other way). 11. B5 line indicates the amount of waste in tonnes at the beginning of the accounting year is stored on the operator or the operator's company in the area. 12. (E) the person who fills in Latvia imported or import waste for recycling and recovery, regardless of whether the waste will go directly to the recycling or recovery or is first passed to another person (waste waste management trader or broker). Indicate the country from which the importation or imported waste in Latvia. The operator's name and address, from which Latvia imported or import the waste.
