Add to subparagraph 9.2 behind the words "investment plan" with the words "support for specific project ideas". 3. Add to paragraph 9.3., after the word "authorities" with the words "development program investment plan for specific support". 4. Ventspils City municipality – eur 4 100 000. " 9. Express 26.2.2. the introductory part of point as follows: "26.2.2. General educational buildings and space rebuilding and restoration costs, subject to the following conditions:". 10.
