If the Group of home service provider customer during the working day is not employed or receive other social services, regular group home provider provides lessons according to the rules referred to in paragraph 5.4 plan. 85. the group home provider clients provides the following facilities: 85.1. the living room (providing not less than 6 m 2 per person), which has no more than two persons; 85.2. sharing space with table and chairs; 85.3. kitchen comprising: 85.3.1. electric stove or gas stove surface, equipped with flame safety switch that stops the gas flow if the gas burner goes out; 85.3.2. the table or working surface for cooking; 85.3.3. refrigerator; 85.3.4. cooking and kitchen utensils, as well as their storage closet; 85.4. not less than one toilet with shower, hand basin, six persons. 86. If the group home provider creates several group homes in one building, a social service provider, ensure that they do not share the scrub room, kitchen space and domestic space. Employee may be cabinets and leisure activity facilities. 87. One group in the House lives up to 16 clients. XI. Claim of crisis center service providers 88. Crisis Center services provider in the crisis situation in the customers operate: 88.1. social skills, development and development; 88.2. individual and group lessons in psychosocial support; 88.3. secure accommodation, if social services are with accommodation. 89. If necessary, bedlinen, towels and hygiene and detergents; 91.7. changing of bed linen as appropriate, but not less frequently than once every 10 days, where social services are provided under the bed linen. 92. Within five working days after the end of a crisis centre for the provision of the service to the client, crisis center services provider social services shall submit a report on this provision of the plan referred to in paragraph 5.4 of the attainment of the objectives of its execution, as well as recommendations for future support of the customer, if the customer has received social services in accordance with the decision of the social service crisis center services. 93. The crisis center services provider will cooperate with the family courts, education authorities, child protection institutions, the public prosecutor's Office, the police, medical authorities, social services and other agencies to find out the child and prevent further possible illegal activities. XII. Claim of crisis and hotline phone service providers in the phone and 94. If social rehabilitation service is provided on the basis of social or psychological opinion on child victims, and social rehabilitation services of course social rehabilitation institution shall prepare and send to the child's place of residence for social service information about social rehabilitation service period, social rehabilitation tasks, results, and recommendations for future child support. 105. the social rehabilitation institution shall not apply the provisions of paragraph 3 above requirements. XIV. If social rehabilitation service is provided on the basis of social or psychological opinion, and social rehabilitation service course specialist shall prepare and send to the child's place of residence for social service information about social rehabilitation service period, social rehabilitation services, rehabilitation tasks, results, and recommendations for future child support. 110. Social service provider that provide social rehabilitation services of psychoactive substances depend on children by providing child social rehabilitation for a period of up to 18 months, comply with the following conditions: 117.1. motivation, or the beginning of a period of adaptation provided to four months according to this provision, the plan referred to in paragraph 5.4. Motivation lessons are organized in separate, separate premises, to prevent the child's exit from the arbitrary. The main tasks of rehabilitation time is: 117.2.1. the inclusion of the child social services institutions and collective daily rhythm, gradually achieving a child's personal development and positive social norms; 117.2.2. educative and socioterapeitisk methodology (technology); 117.2.3. social rehabilitation programmes, ensuring the child's individual recovery process, developing and stabilizing his life skills; 117.2.4. the child's psychological and somatic health improvement, helping get rid of psychoactive substance use adverse consequences; 117.2.5. the child's skills develop progressively resocializācij; 117.3. stabilisation ensures two-four months. The main tasks of the stabilisation time is: 117.3.1. socioterapeitisk methodology of the psychotherapeutic and (technology) skills acquired practical strengthening of case studies; 117.3.2. the gradual reduction of the restrictive arrangements and preparation of children rehabilitation process is finished. 117.3.3. the child's independent decision making and practical skills development action; 117.3.4. the child's personality, characteristics and understanding of the behavioral norms of child to stabilisation should be able to opt out of the use of psychoactive substances in the future. 118. Social service provider that provide social rehabilitation services of psychoactive substances dependent minors, ensure social rehabilitation clients for up to 12 months, subject to the following conditions: 118.1. motivation or adaptation from the beginning 10 days to 1.5 months. The main tasks of motivation is: 118.1.1. client motivation for stabilising the customer will be able to opt out of the use of psychoactive substances and voluntary decision to receive social rehabilitation of psychoactive substances dependent minors; 118.1.2. client introduction to social services institutions the terms and nature of social rehabilitation programmes; 118.1.3. client motivational stabilisation started using socioterapeitisk methodology; 118.2. basic rehabilitation provides two to 2.5 months. The main tasks of rehabilitation time is: 118.2.1. client abstraction of psychoactive substances in the environment and user opinion and inclusion; 118.2.2. customer self-help building and execution of the plan, providing individual somatic and psychosocial adjustment problems; 118.2.3. client's psychic and somatic condition, as well as the evaluation of the potential for rehabilitation; 118.2.4. client therapies and participation in it; 118.2.5. the psychological renewal of the social situation; 118.3. stabilisation provides up to six months. The main tasks of the stabilisation time is: 118.3.1. client into the social services institutions the rhythm of the day and the group gradually promoting the client's personal development and positive social norms; 118.3.2. somatic, psychological and clinical socioterapeitisk intervention methodologies (technology); 118.3.3. client therapy and monitoring; 118.3.4. client resocializācij step-by-step skill development; 118.4. social adaptation provides up to two months. The main tasks of social adaptation has: 118.4.1. client resocializācij skills of practical use of social environments; 118.4.2. client's personality characteristics, mental development and social norms of behavior analysis; 118.4.3. with providing psychometric and sociometrisk methodology (technology) help acquire practical skills of customer case studies of reinforcement; 118.4.4. client clinical biological stabilisation; 118.4.5. client's discretionary decision making and practical skills development action; 118.4.6. client's sense of the world and the strengthening of the system of values; 118.4.7. the socioterapeitisk methodology and psychotherapeutic (technology) help acquire practical skills of customer case studies of reinforcement; 118.4.8. client's personality traits and behavioral standards, as well as stabilization of practical use in the social environment. 119. Social service provider that provide social rehabilitation services of psychoactive substances depend on children and minors, social service provision involving social workers, psychologists and physicians. XVII. claim of social service providers that provide social rehabilitation services for persons with hearing disabilities 120. Service provider, providing social rehabilitation services for persons with hearing disabilities (hereinafter in this chapter – service provider for people with hearing disabilities), implement measures to mitigate the impact of hearing loss on the person with a hearing disability, social functional ability. Services for persons with hearing disabilities to provide the customer's place of residence or at the service provider. 121. The service provider for people with hearing disabilities develop social rehabilitation programs and according to the rules referred to in paragraph 5.4 plan provides: 121.1. Latvian sign language training and development; 121.3. creative self-expression and communication skill learning and development; 121.4. psychological adaptation drills; 121.5. customer assistance and support in solving social problems; 121.6. client's family members and relatives of counselling and training, if necessary. 122. The service provider for people with hearing disabilities on State budget provides: 122.1. individual social rehabilitation services for the promotion of social integration or social rehabilitation package for the client's functional skills of independent learning; 122.2. This provision 122.1. referred to in individual social rehabilitation services for the promotion of social integration – no more than 150 hours a year; 122.3. This provision referred to 122.1. social rehabilitation package of services to clients with mental disabilities or low levels of education – not more than 28 days, one every two years, and customers with hearing loss caused by oral language learning – no more than 20 days once every three years; 122.3 122.4. Braille; 126.5. tiflotehnik use of training; 126.6. computer technology and communication technology in training; 126.7. physical and intellectual work learning basic skills; 126.8. exposure and creative self-expression skills development; 126.9. custom sporting activities; 126.10. advice and assistance of the customer social problem solving; 126.11. client's family members and relatives of consulting and training. 127.
