The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on associations and foundations to make society and Foundation Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 23; 2004, nr. 20; 2006, nr. 24; Latvian journal 2010, 23, nr. 178.; 2011, 103, 204. no; 2013, 187.208.228.,, no; 2014, 25 no; 230. in 2015, no; 2017, 70 no). the amendments are as follows: 1. Article 23: Add to the first paragraph and the words "If 1.1 of this article, unless otherwise defined in this part"; Add to article 1.1 part as follows: "(11) For the founders of the organisation of sport can also be a sports authority sports the education law, which do not have legal personality." 2. Add to article 29 to the ninth subparagraph by the following: "(9) If a sports organization's founder or member is subsequently captured the sports authority sports the education law, which has no legal personality, such member's membership in the society shall apply by analogy to the provisions of this law apply to the governing Association — legal persons — membership in the society."
