No 21 21) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 9 July 2013 Regulation No 366 of the "provisions on membership activity the European Union emission trading system" Issued in accordance with the law "on pollution" 11. the second paragraph of article 17, article 32.2, the eighth article of the first 45 and 7.1 and the law "on conformity assessment" 7. the first part of the article do cabinet 9 July 2013 Regulation No 366 of the "provisions on membership activity the European Union emission trading system" (Latvian journal by 2013, nr. 134.) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 1.7. subparagraph by the following: "1.7. operator provides information on the greenhouse gas emission reduction measures and the use of financial resources, which are made from transactions with the free allocation of emission quotas." 2. To replace the words "in point 3.3 of the annex" with a number and the words "annex 1". 3. Supplement with 3.6. subparagraph by the following: "3.6. According to the law" on pollution "in article 45 7.1 part prepares information on the utilization of the financial resources that the aircraft operator concerned is received during a calendar year, selling the free emission quotas allocated. In preparing this information, indicate the financial resources obtained and specify which legislation on pollution measures that these funds have been spent. Information for the preparation of the aircraft by the operator using the protection of the environment and regional development Ministry financial funds form (Excel file format), established pursuant to the provisions referred to in annex 2 of the form content and is available to Civil Aviation Agency's Web site (www.caa.lv). " 4. Replace paragraph 14.1.1., the word "Annex" to the number and the word "annex 1". 5. Supplement with 24.1 points as follows: 24.1 "aircraft operator who in accordance with the provisions of chapter III and IV are received free allowances, together with the provisions referred to in paragraph 24 of the emissions report shall be submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency filled that form referred to in point 3.6.
