It should be noted that, in implementing the deliberazione della Giunta regionale del Veneto n. 649/2013 and in accordance with art. 6 of the implementing rules of the plan excerpt for hydrogeological assets of water catchment areas of the rivers Isonzo, Tagliamento, Piave, Brenta-Bacchiglione (PAI 4 basins), have been updated, with secretarial Decree n. 21 of April 20, 2015, nn. 3-4-5-6-8-9-10-11-16-17-22-24-39-40-41-42-58-59-60-61-62-63-64-75-76 del Piano excerpt for hydrogeological assets of the drainage basin of the Piave River in relation to some attention areas that fall within the territory of the provinces of:-common Alano di Piave (Belluno, Alleghe, Auronzo di Cadore, Calalzo di Cadore, Colle Santa Lucia, Comelico Superiore, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Domegge di Cadore, Feltre, Lentiai, Lorenzago di Cadore, Lozzo di Cadore, Pieve di Cadore, Quero Vas , Rocca Pietore, San Nicolo ' di Comelico, San Pietro di Cadore, San Tomaso Agordino, Santo Stefano di Cadore, Selva di Cadore, Seren del Grappa, Vigo di Cadore, Zoldo Alto);
-Treviso (municipalities of Cavaso del Tomba, Cornuda, Monfumo, Pederobba, Monastier di Treviso, Ponte di Piave, Salgareda, San Biagio di Callalta, Segusino, Valdobbiadene, Vidor, Zenson di Piave);
-Venice (city of Noventa di Piave).
The update will have effective from the date of publication of this communication in the official journal.
Copy of the decree is filed with the authority of the basin of the rivers Isonzo, Tagliamento, Livenza, Piave, Brenta-Bacchiglione and communication thereof is given to the Veneto region, the province of Belluno, in the province of Treviso, in the province of Venice and the municipalities mentioned above.
