The Director-General of health care having regard to the request on January 16, 2015 by which society Rocchetta S.p.A., with registered office in Rome, Via Saverio Mercadante 32, demanded the recognition of natural mineral water that flows from the same source named "Serrasanta" within the mining concession located in the municipality of Rocchetta Gualdo Tadino (Perugia) for the purpose of bottling and sale; Having examined the documents produced; Having regard to the Decree of the head of Government November 7, 1939, # 1858; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree Health-Attivita ' produttive September 11, 2003; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 10, 2015; Having regard to the opinion of the third Section of the High Council of health expressed at its meeting of April 14, 2015, having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1) is recognized as natural mineral water, in accordance with art. 2 of legislative decree October 8, 2011, # 176, water gushing from the source named "Serrasanta" within the mining concession located in the municipality of Rocchetta Gualdo Tadino (Perugia). 2) according to art. 12 of legislative decree October 8, 2011, # 176, on the labels of natural mineral water "Serrasanta" can be labelled "can have diuretic effects" and on the labels of natural mineral water, conditioning without adding carbon dioxide, may be carried, including the following: "breastfeeding is preferable in cases where this is not possible, this mineral water can be used for food preparation of infants". This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and communicated to the European Commission. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the company owner and regional bodies for the measures provided for in art. 6 of legislative decree 176/2011.
