Fi.,. Polesine S.C.», based in Rovigo, it was placed in receivership and Dr. Andrea Victor Abdo was appointed liquidator; Having regard to the note received at December 18, 2014 date by which the liquidator announced his resignation; Considered the need to replace Commissioner defeatist; Visto l'art. 198 of r.d. March 16, 1942, # 267;
Decrees: Art. 1 Dr. Ermanno Saidi, born in Verona on February 9, 1957, and domiciled in via del Perlar n. 2, he was appointed liquidator of the company indicated in the introduction, in place of Dr. Andrea Victor Abdo, defeatist.
