Domenico societa ' cooperativa ARL», established in Rosarno (RC), it was placed in receivership and Dr. Sergio De Marco was appointed liquidator; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 28, 2013, # 511/2013, with whom Dr. Sergio De Marco has been replaced by Dr. Francis Maina; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of November 27, 2014, n. 523/2014, with which Dr. Francis Maina has been replaced by avv. Gianluigi Glutton; Having regard to the note received on January 26, 2015 by which the quoted liquidator did not accept the assignment; Having regard to the proposal by which the Directorate-General for the supervision of, the cooperative system and the outcome of the investigation conducted commissarial managers, proposes the adoption of the measure to replace the liquidator; Visto l'art. 198 Royal Decree March 16, 1942, # 267;
