Decrees:

Art. 1 1. They adopted the new travel documents, in the types of travel documents for stateless persons in refugee travel document reading optical electronics, optical electronics, machine readable travel document for foreigners in optical readout electronics. 2. The travel document, referred to in paragraph 1, in the three above types, with the following essential characteristics: A) disc. Size: the size of the travel document are 88x125 mm, with rounded corners, as required by ICAO standards. Composition: the new travel document keeps the 32-page booklet version, in addition to the endpapers. The image, the personalization data of the holder and number of the travel document clear are shown on the second page. Cover: made of special material, suitable for contact-less laminating microprocessor embedded RF/ID in a protected position, bearing the emblem of the Italian Republic and gold inscriptions. On the cover are also shown, with invisible ink UV detectable in yellow, the star of the Italian Republic and the logo consists of the capital letter "I" surrounded by twelve stars arranged along a circumference. The colors used for pantone blue 7462 cover are for the travel document for stateless persons, pantone blue 7462 to the refugee travel document, green for the travel document for foreigners. Map: For the endpapers in II and III cover, white paper with blue and red colors visible fibrils and invisible fluorescent to Wood's lamp in the colors Blue and red. All internal pages of travel documents are watermarked paper, white with red and blue fluorescent fibrils visible only visible and invisible fluorescent green color to the Wood's lamp. The card reproduces the filigree «Nymph Europe "and contains a security thread. Printed end sheets: In offset printing for the safety seat in more colors with IRIS effect and fluorescence. In the inside cover are given in Italian, French and English, respectively at the top and bottom, the name of the travel document and an indication of the number of total pages of the document. The inside back cover contains an indication of the number of pages of the travel document in three languages: Italian, French and English. Printing the inside pages: offset printing of pages of the booklet is made in more colors, some time zones between them forming effects of IRIS. On the inside pages it is detectable, under Wood's lamp, besides the safety seat, the emblem of the Italian Republic and the page number. The texts on all pages are printed with blue color in three languages: Italian, English and French. Numbering: the number of the travel document is typographically using Arabic characters in the space provided at the bottom of page 1 now reserved on page 2 (ICAO) intended for the personalization of travel document and drilling from the 3rd to the 32nd page. Sewing: sewing the libretto, «ch», it is made with special wire to three counts in the colors green, white and red fluorescent in the Red at the Wood's lamp. Film (holographic foil): a transparent film is hot applied to protection of personal travel document holder that are printed with digital technique. This film contains transparent holographic images, it is printed with special inks and drilling the serial number of the travel document. The holographic foil has a form that does not cover the numbering in Arabic characters on the page ICAO. B) description pages. Individual pages contain the words and graphic symbols so described from top to bottom: left Board (inside front cover): contains security background with IRIS effect, and it furthermore naming legends of the travel document. Page 1: the cover page of the travel document contains Legends ' European Union ' and ' Italian ' Republic, the coat of arms of the Republic, the purpose of the document and at the bottom of the page the number of the document printed in clear Arabic characters. Page 2 (ICAO): contains the number of the travel document and the following information: 1. surname; 2. name; 3. citizenship; 4. date of birth; 5. sex; 6. place of birth; 7. date of issue; 8. expiry date; 9. authority; 10. the cardholder's signature. The signs of the camps are in text trilingual (Italian, English and French) printed during personalization using the same technique used for personal data to be written. Lower space is reserved to writing on two lines, with OCR-readable data intended for B, according to the ICAO. The page is reserved a space intended for print digital travel document holder. To protect your data, after customization, it applies a transparent safety film with holographic patches (holographic foil). Page 3: contains additional information travel document holder in three languages (Italian, English and French). Page 4: contains the endorsement ' page reserved to the authority», with text in three languages (Italian, English and French). Page 5: contains the words "document or documents on the basis of this title and ' released ', with text in three languages (Italian, English and French). From page 6 to 28: Visa-only pages with the words, top center, «Seen», «Visas», «Visas». Page 29: page dedicated to emergency communications, in three languages (Italian, English and French). Page 30: page with warnings, in three languages (Italian, English and French). Page 31 and 32: page including the purposes of release of the travel document, in three languages (Italian, English and French). Flyleaf (inside back cover) — contains an indication of the number of pages contained in the travel document, in three languages (Italian, English and French).
