June 25, 2008, 43 of Decree-Law n. 112, converted, with amendments, by law August 6, 2008, # 133, also in order to speed up procedures for the granting of incentives, to promote the rapid implementation of investment programmes and to provide for specific priorities in favour of programmes that fall within the territories, agreements entered into by the Ministry of economic development, on the development and conversion of areas affected by the crisis of specific productive sectors or large complex enterprise; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of economic development of February 14, 2014, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale of April 28, 2014, # 97 on the implementation of art. 3, paragraph 4, of Decree-Law June 21, 2013, n. 69, converted, with amendments, by law no August 9, 2013. 98, in reforming the rules governing Contracts; See, in particular, article. 34 of that Decree of the Minister of economic development February 14, 2014 which provides that the Minister of economic development, with subsequent Decree, will govern the terms of granting of concessions after the deadline referred to in paragraph 2 of that article, in accordance with provisions to be adopted by the European Commission in the meantime; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of economic development December 9, 2014, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana of January 29, 2015, # 23, recantel ' adaptation and integration of previstidaldecreto of the Minister of economic development aid schemes February 14, 2014 provisions laid down in Regulation No 651/2014, valid for the period 2014-2020 programming; Considering that the CIPE, by resolution of February 20, 2015 currently perfecting, has allocated an amount of 250 million for the financing of development contracts in national development and cohesion fund resources (FSC) 2014-2020 in accordance with the applicable territorial allocation constraint (80% midday and 20% regions of Central and North); Given that the above resources you will be able to add the economies resulting from previous assignments made in favour of development contracts as well as the resources deriving from community and national programming for the period 2014-2020; Considering that the legislation approved in the tool Manager which detects subject National Agency for the attraction of investments and the development of enterprise S.p.A. -Invitalia; Considered that art. 9, paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Minister of economic development December 9, 2014 demanda a special Decree of the Director General for the business incentives the fixing of the date of initiation of the terms for the submission of applications for benefits; Consider, also, that art. 36 of the same Decree provides that, in accordance with art. 7 November 11, 2011, law # 180 and art. 34 of legislative decree March 14, 2013, # 33, in the Decree of the Director General for incentives to companies will list information burdens imposed on enterprises;
Decrees: Article only opening of deadlines for submission of applications for benefits 1. 12.00 a.m. of the day June 10, 2015 it will be possible to apply for benefits under the development contract, as governed by the Decree of the Minister of economic development December 9, 2014. 2. applications for benefits must be submitted to the National Agency for the attraction of investments and the development of enterprise S.p.A. -Invitalia, on pain of invalidity, according to modalities and models indicated in the section dedicated to the development of the Agency's internet site (www.invitalia.it). 3. In annex 1 to the present Decree is a list of information charges levied on enterprises provided for Decree of the Minister of economic development December 9, 2014. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
