The Director of tax justice Seen December 31, 1992, Legislative Decree No. 545 laying down rules regarding ordering of special organs of taxing jurisdiction and organization of the offices of collaboration; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of December 31, 1992, n. 546 laying down rules on the tax process; Having regard to the decree-law June 21, 1961, no. 498, converted by law no 770 July 28, 1961, as amended, laying down rules for the accommodation of certain situations, employees from financial failure or irregular functioning of the offices; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 17, 2014 bearing the identification and the powers of the Executive-level offices not General of the departments of the Ministry of economy and finance, with particular reference to art. 4, paragraph 7, concerning tax duties to the Executive justice mission; Having regard to the note # 300 and n. 1002 del April 16, 2015 with which the Director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat of Pescara and C.T.P. Secretariat of C.T.R. of Abruzzo, with regard to the detached section of Pescara thereof C.T.R., reported that on April 16, 2015 its offices were unable to regularly work because of the bomb scare that forced 10 a.m. everyone present at the venue in Piazza Italy # 15-Pescara to immediately leave their premises; Having regard to the note # 307 and n. 1025 of April 17, 2015 with which the Director of the Office of the Executive Secretariat of Pescara and C.T.P. Secretariat of C.T.R. of Abruzzo, with regard to the detached section of Pescara thereof C.T.R., reported that after the checks carried out in the whole building of Italy Square n. 15-Pescara by State police, their school activities resumed regularly on the same day of April 16, 2015 from 12.45; Having acknowledged the impossibility to ensure the smooth functioning of services by the Commissione tributaria provinciale di Pescara and the detached section of Pescara Abruzzo Regional Tax Commission during the day April 16, 2015 for motivation above; Heard the guarantor of the taxpayer for the Abruzzo region with note No. 409 of April 20, 2015 gave a favourable opinion to the enactment of the measure of determination of irregular operation;
Decreed: it is ascertained the irregular operation of the Commissione tributaria provinciale di Pescara and the detached section of Pescara Abruzzo Regional Tax Commission during the day April 16, 2015. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
