March 31, 1998, 107 of Legislative Decree No. 112; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 7, 2001, n. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to Decree-Law of May 15, 2012, # 59, converted, with amendments, by law, July 12, 2012 # 100; See in particular art. 3, paragraph 2, the last period of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 59/2012 where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, n. 225 apply art. 5, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the Law # 225/1992; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of June 4, 2011 with which it was declared a State of emergency in relation to the exceptional weather adversity that occurred during February and March 2011 in the province of Messina; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 25, 2011 with which it was declared a State of emergency in relation to the exceptional weather adversity that occurred on November 22, 2011 in the province of Messina; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 11 of June 25, 2012; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 71 of March 29, 2013 recante: "Civil Protection Ordinance to encourage and regulate the takeover of the Sicilian region in the activities aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality tied to weather adversity which affected the province of Messina in the months of February, March and November 2011 '; Having regard to the note # 21855 of April 3, 2015, whereby the responsible party and the head of the Sicilian region with responsibility for civil protection in transmitting the report on the implementation of measures put in place under the Ordinance of the Chief of the Civil Protection Department # 11 of June 25, 2012 have called for an extension of the special accounts; Recognized the need to ensure the completion, no uninterruptible power solutions, interventions aimed at overcoming critical context browsing;
Features: Art. 1 1. In order to allow for the completion of activities already programmed under order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 11 of June 25, 2012, the Director General of the regional Department of civil protection of regione Siciliana-Subject liable under Ordinance No callback 71/2013, owner of special accounting. 5706, allowed to keep open the aforementioned accounting until July 10, 2016. 2. Stand still the reporting requirements in accordance with art. 5, comma 5-bis of law February 24, 1992, n. 225 and subsequent modifications and integrations. This Ordinance will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
