The Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to Regulation (EC) no 1709/2003 of September 2003 concerning declarations of harvest and stocks of rice; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and repealing Regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EEC) no 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007; Having regard to the Legislative Decree May 27, 2005, n. 102 laying down regulations of agri-food markets, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2, point e) of law no March 7, 2003, n. 38; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105, on the "regulation on the organisation of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of Decree-Law No 95 July 6, 2012, converted, with amendments, by law No 135 August 7, 2012 "; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 13, 2014, locating non-General managerial offices, including the offices and laboratories at the peripheral level, the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies (recorded by the Court of Auditors on March 13, 2014, Reg. fgl. 1075); Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 17, 2013 establishing a "discipline and procedure for communication of stocks of cereals and soya held by operators". Given the indications expressed, on October 17, 2014, by the Technical Committee referred to in article. Ministerial Decree of 6 October 17, 2013, which proposes to amend the current procedure in order to simplify the system and reduce the information operators must communicate; Seen, also the need to simplify the procedure for updating the composition of the representatives of the Technical Committee under art. Ministerial Decree of 6 October 17, 2013; Deemed appropriate, simplify the reporting procedure of stocks, in relation to information to be transmitted, using only the national agricultural information system (SIAN); Gained the agreement of the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano at its meeting of March 25, 2015;
Decrees: Art. 1 amendments to be made to articles 3, 7 and replacement of annex II to the Ministerial Decree of 17 October 2013 1. The ministerial decree October 17, 2013 are the following changes: a) Il comma 4 dell'art. 3 is replaced by the following: "4. The persons concerned must apply for registration to the electronic system, in accordance with the method described in Annex i. The registered trader is assigned an identification code.";
b) subsection 6 of art. 3 is replaced by the following: "6. the communications referred to in paragraph 1 must be made before 20 June each year.";
c) subsection 2 of art. 7 is replaced by the following: "2. the composition of the representatives of the Administration and the operators of the sectors is determined by directorial Decree.". 2. Annex II of the Ministerial Decree of October 17, 2013 is replaced by the annex to this Decree.
