HEALTH MINISTER Seen art. 15, paragraph 5, of law No. 97 of August 6, 2013 establishing a ' provisions for fulfilment of the obligations arising from Italy's membership of the European Union-European law 2013 ', which provides that a decree of the Minister of health is governed by the procedural authorisation for the adoption of the measures provided for in Regulation (EU) No 528/2012; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the placing on the market and use of biocidal products as amended; Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No. Commission implementing 354/2013 on the procedure of review of biocidal products authorised under Regulation (EC) No 528/2012; Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No. Commission implementing 414/2013 which sets out the procedure for authorisation of a biocidal product in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 528/2012; Was therefore considered of having to proceed to the discipline of the measures with a view to the adoption of measures regarding biocides authorization;

Oggetto 1. This decree governs, as provided for by art. 15, paragraph 5 of law No 97, August 6, 2013 procedural authorisation for the adoption of measures provided for in Regulation (EC) No 528/2012.
