The MINISTER of economy and finance Saw the art. 79 of the consolidated text of the laws on customs matters approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic, January 23, 1973, n. 43, as replaced by art. 5, paragraph 2, of Act July 25, 2000, # 213, with whom, for deferred payment beyond the period of thirty days, it is applicable an interest fixed every six months by order of the Minister of Finance on the basis of the net yield on three-month Treasury bills; Visto l'art. 23 of legislative decree July 30, 1999, # 300, which established the Ministry of economy and finance, attributing the functions of the ministries of the Treasury, budget and economic planning and finance; Since it is necessary to determine the rate of interest as of January 13, 2015; In consultation with the Bank of Italy;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. In accordance with art. 79 of the consolidated text of the laws on customs matters, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic January 23, 1973, # 43, as replaced by art. 5, paragraph 2, of Act July 25, 2000, # 213, the rate of interest for deferred payment beyond the period of thirty days and established the extent of 0.213% per annum for the period January 13, 2015 at July 12, 2015. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
