The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, # 1096, and as amended and supplemented, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, containing "November 25, 1971, implementing regulation of the law # 1096"; Having regard to law No 195 April 20, 1976 amending law 1096/71 and in particular articles 4 and 5 involving the allocation of registers of varieties of horticultural plant species and their establishment required; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 17, 1976 establishing the registries of variety of horticultural plant species; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105 with the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of law decree July 6, 2012, n. 95, converted, with amendments, by law, August 7, 2012 # 135; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 13, 2014 1622 on the "identification of the executive offices of the Mipaaf, under generals not D.P.C.M. # 105 of 27/02/2013"; Having regard to the applications submitted for the purpose of the inclusion of horticultural plant varieties in their national register; Given the results of the tests conducted to verify the varietal requirement provided by law; Deemed it necessary to proceed in conformity;
Decrees: Art. 1 pursuant to art. 17 of the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, shall be entered in the register of varieties of seed products, until the end of the tenth calendar year following the publication of this Decree, vegetable varieties listed below, whose seed may be certified as "basic seed", "certified seed" or controlled as "standard seed", and whose seeds can be controlled only such as "standard seed". The descriptions and the results of tests shall be deposited with this Ministry.
