Having regard to the requests for the inclusion of new vine varieties and applications for approval of new clones sent to the Ministry; Deemed advisable to consult, even for short routes, industry experts on new varieties and clones; Noted the resulting views expressed regarding the above request and considering that certain varieties submitted for registration in the national register are already listed in the national catalogues of other Member States of the European Union; Took also place, both to some printing errors in previous decrees, both proponents of changes in the approval of some clones, as communicated by the interested parties through its own vine nursery Association; Given the need to make detectable vine varieties from Vitis vinifera crossing with other species of the genus Vitis, listed in the national registry in order to enable the correct use of their grapes in accordance with art. 8 of said Decree April 8, 2010, # 61; Seen the opportunity to provide an update of the national register of varieties of vines in the official journal of the Italian Republic;
