The HEAD of the DEPARTMENT for higher education and research given the Decree-Law May 16, 2008, # 85 laying down: "urgent provisions for the adaptation of governance structures in accordance with art. 1, paragraphs 376 and 377, December 24, 2007, law n. 244, published in Official Gazette No. 114 of May 16, 2008, converted with amendments into law July 14, 2008, n. 121 published in Official Gazette No. 164 of July 15, 2008; Having regard to the DPCM No. 98 of 11.02.2014 (OJ No. 161 of 14.07.2014), the new organisational regulations of the MINISTRY of EDUCATION; Visto l'art. 30 of Decree-Law n. 5 of February 9, 2012 passed into law No 35 of the modification of legislative decree April 4, 2012 July 27, 1999 # 297, under which, for selected projects within the framework of European or international programs, it's due to be evaluated ex ante scientific or technical opinion on admission to financing by the Committee referred to in art. 7, paragraph 2, of legislative decree July 27, 1999, n. 297 and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to articles 60, 61, 62 and 63 of Decree-Law No. 83 of 22/06/2012 converted with amendments by law No. 134 of 07/08/2012; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 19, 2013 # 115 "method of operating and maintaining the Fund for investment in scientific research and technology (FIRST). Procedural provisions for the granting of facilitations drains on its financial resources, in accordance with articles 60, 61, 62 and 63 of Decree-Law No 83 June 22, 2012, converted, with amendments, by law, August 7, 2012 # 134; Having regard to the note No. 2591 of October 28, 2013 "financial resources required to cover the participation of the MINISTRY of EDUCATION to international initiatives under the Decree of allotment of resources FIRST for the year 2013". Saw DM # 1049 of December 19, 2013, allocating resources available in the Fund for investment in scientific research and technology (FIRST), for the year 2013. Having regard to the Legislative Decree of March 14, 2013, n. 33: "reorganization of discipline concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and provision of information by public authorities"; Having regard to the conclusions of the European Council of December 3, 2009 which, under Joint Programming Initiative they approve the launch of the theme "Care of neurodegenerative diseases, in particular Alzheimer's. Having regard to the initiative of international cooperation Joint Programme-Neurodegenerative Disease Research (JPND); Having regard to the call launched on December 2, 2013 within the framework of the initiative "European research projects for Cross-Disease Analysis of Pathways related to Neurodegenerative Diseases"; Having regard to the supplementary Notice No. Prot. 264 of January 30, 2014 published by the Ministry of education on January 30, 2014 establishes, inter alia, the eligible entities, the total allocation for financing projects and eligible costs; View note prot. 24615 of October 29, 2014, with which the Office III of DGIR has officially announced the results of the international assessment of the projects submitted in the context of the call, indicating the Italian subjects deserving of funding; Having regard to the Proposal Application Form of the project "Cellular Bioenergetics in Neurodegenerative Diseases: A system-based pathway and target analysis", below CeBioN; Since the project's group in CeBioN figure the University of Padua who has requested the MINISTRY of EDUCATION funding in an amount of € 153,787.92; Considering that for this initiative, the Ministry of education has made available an amount of €300,000.00, in the form of contribution in 2013, spending resources FIRST.
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The international cooperation project CeBioN is admitted to facilities provided, in accordance with the regulations mentioned in the introduction, in the shape, size, mode and conditions indicated in the form attached to the present Decree (annex 1), which forms an integral part of it. 2. In accordance with the international project, the starting point of the project is attached to the 01/01/2015 and its duration is 36 months.
