This verification was performed on the basis of certificates issued by the inspection body, Valoritalia S.r.l., with note prot. # 31/Orvieto/2015/2125 of March 16, 2015, authorized to carry out activities on their computer names "Orvieto" and "red Orvietano or Orvietano Rosso; Given that the Statute of the Consortium for the protection of wines of Orvieto, approved by this administration, has been subjected to the verification referred to in art. 3, paragraph 2 of the departmental Decree of May 12, 2010; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed to the confirmation of the Consorzio tutela Vini di Orvieto to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for DOC "Orvieto" and "Orvieto doc or Orvietano Rosso";
Decrees: article 1. It is confirmed for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Decree, granted by Decree of April 6, 2012 at the Consorzio tutela Vini di Orvieto, headquartered in Orvieto (TR), Corso Cavour, n. 36, to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the DOC "Orvieto" and DOC "Orvieto doc or Orvietano Rosso". 1. The predicted position, which entails the obligation of the specifications given in the Decree of April 6, 2012, can be suspended or revoked by a decision motivated in case of loss of the requirements laid down by Ministerial Decree dated December 16, 2010. This Decree is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
