Decrees: Art. 1 under and for the purposes of article 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 30, 2003, n. 398, and the Ministerial Decree of December 23, 2014, both mentioned in the introduction, it is issuing a thirtieth tranche dei buoni del Tesoro poliennali 2.10% indexed to Eurostat Index ("BTP € i"), with maturity September 15, 2021 March 15, 2010 and enjoyment.
