The Attorney GENERAL of the STATE Saw the D.A.G. on May 30, 2012 with which they have been appointed for a three-year period from June 28, 2012 the members of the Board of lawyers and attorneys in the State; Considered that the term of Office of current members expires June 27, 2015 electives within the said Board; Considering that the holding of new elections must accordingly be proceeding for appointment of electives for the next three years; Having regard to act April 3, 1979, # 103 and in particular articles 21 and 22;
Decrees: Art. 1 elections Are for the appointment of members of the Board of lawyers and attorneys in the State referred to in point d) of art. 21 April 3, 1979, law # 103. The elections will take place on May 17, 2015 in Rome, at the headquarters of the Attorney General of the State, from 9.00 to 21.00 hours.
