The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972, with which they were cereal varieties logs istituitii, potato, oil and fibre species; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065 bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of February 27, 2013, no. 105, concerning the regulation of reorganizing the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies # 1622 of February 13, 2014 on "identification of the executive offices of the Mipaaf, according to D.P.C.M. generals not # 105 of 27/02/2013"; Having regard to the request made for the purpose of the inclusion in the respective national register of plant varieties; Given the results of the tests conducted to verify the varietal requirement provided by law; Deemed it necessary to proceed to conform;
