The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, # 1096 and subsequent amendments and additions, which governs the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 44 of February 17, 1973, concerning the establishment of "compulsory Registers variety"; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065 bearing the regulation implementing law November 25, 1971, # 1096; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300 on "reform of the Government, in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law No. 59 "; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of February 27, 2013, no 105 concerning the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies of February 13, 2014, registered at the Court of Auditors concerning identification of executive offices of non-General level; Having regard to the applications submitted for the purposes of the registration of plant varieties indicated on the device in their respective national registers; Given the results of the tests conducted to verify the varietal requirement provided by law; Deemed it necessary to proceed in conformity;
Decrees: Article only under art. 17 of October 8, 1973 p.r.Decree, n. 1065, shall be entered in the register of varieties of seed products, until December 31, 2025, the under listed varieties of agricultural species whose descriptions and results of the tests carried out are deposited with this Ministry.
