The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. February 17, 1973, 44 of which were set up registers of varieties of cereals, potatoes, oil and fibre species; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration, in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, Government Organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in February 27, 2013, # 105, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana No 218 of September 17, 2013 on the organisational regulations of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the requests of the parties concerned aimed at obtaining the cancellation of the variety indicated on the device from the national register; Given that the variety for which the cancellation has been requested are of particular interest in a general nature;
