The HEAD of the CIVIL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT in view of article 5 of the law February 24, 1992, # 225; Having regard to article 107 of legislative decree March 31, 1998, n. 112; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 7, 2001, n. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to Decree-Law of May 15, 2012, n. 59 converted, with amendments, by law, July 12, 2012 # 100; See in particular article 3, paragraph 2, the last period of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 59/2012 where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, n. 225 article 5 applies, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the Law # 225/1992; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of July 9, 2010 bearing the Declaration of a State of emergency in relation to violent storms and weather events that occurred in exceptional days from 9 to March 18, 2010 in the territory of the region of Emilia Romagna and the flooding that occurred on days 15 and June 16, 2010 in the territory of the province of Parma as well as the resolution of the Council of Ministers in August 3, 2012, whereby it was extended until September 30, 2012, Administration Commissioner in connection with the events themselves; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3911 of December 10, 2010 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department n. 63 of March 15, 2013; See in particular article 1, paragraph 5, of the aforementioned Ordinance # 63/2013, with which the Director of the regional civil protection Agency of the region Emilia Romagna it was authorized to provide, for the completion of planned interventions during the State of emergency, with the resources available on the special accounting. 5469, the same registered for a period of 24 months; Having regard to the note of March 17, 2015, with which such Director has represented the need to extend, until December 31, 2015, the term of validity of the special accounting described above, in order to allow the completion of ongoing initiatives; Seen, therefore, the need to extend the duration of the special accounting # 5469 aforesaid, in order to ensure the completion, no uninterruptible power solutions, interventions aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality in the argument; In agreement with the Emilia-Romagna region; In consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance;
Features: Art. 1 1. To allow the completion of operations to be carried out in the context of criticality referred in the introduction, the special accounting # 5469, already addressed to the Director of the regional civil protection Agency of the region of Emilia Romagna in accordance with article 1, paragraph 5, of the order of the head of the Civil Protection Department # 63 of March 15, 2013, is open until December 31, 2015. 2. Stand still the reporting requirements laid down in article 5, paragraph 5-bis of law February 24, 1992, n. 225 and subsequent amendments and additions.
