Gab/4 laying down: "adapting the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of August 8, 2000, # 593 the Community framework on State aid to research, development and innovation communication 2006/C 323/01", recorded at the Court of Auditors on April 16, 2008 and published in the Official Gazette No 119 of May 22, 2008; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 19, 2013, n. 115, art. 11, containing "transitional and final provisions" with particular reference to paragraphs 2 and 3; Having regard to the D.D. # 602/Ric. of March 14, 2005, published in the Official Gazette No. 68 of March 23, 2005, establishing a "call for projects of industrial research, precompetitive development and training for setting up and/or enhancement of public-private laboratories in the regions of southern Italy" (hereinafter the notice); Having regard to the application of facilitation with ministerial decree 18604 ID code, presented on May 16, 2005, pursuant to art. 12 of the Ministerial Decree 593/2000 and its outcomes teachers; Having regard to the D.D. # 2927/Ric. the December 22, 2006, with which, downstream of that question, have been granted concessions in favor of the CNR-Institute of Clinical Physiology, Cnr-Institute of high performance computing and networking, the CNR -Institute of biostructure and bioimaging, CINI-National University Consortium for Informatics, CRIAI-Campanian Consortium of research for information technology and industrial automation, Esaote S.p.A., I.A.L.T. Image Aided Laser Therapy S.c.a.r.l., S.D.N. S.p.A., Softeco Sismat S.p.A., Second University of Naples-Dip. Medical-Surgical "F. Magrassi-A. Lade "Universita ' degli studi di Lecce-ISUFI, totalling to €16,040,180.00, of which €13,965,940.00 in the form of contribution in spending and €2,074,240.00 in the form of subsidized credit; View the April 2, 2007, Ministerial Note prot. # 3124, about the renaming of the University of Lecce in University of Salento; Given that the contract was entered into on October 31, 2007 and which, according to the same, disbursements were made for a total amount of €9,225,938.81, of which €7,185,565.67 in the form of contribution in spending and €2,040,373.14 in the form of subsidized credit; Having regard to the D.D. # 96/Ric. of February 11, 2009 concerning changes in the corporate structure of co-holders Esaote S.p.A. and of I.A.L.T. S.c.a.r.l. with simultaneous change of corporate name from I.A.L.T. to Elesta S.r.l.; Having regard to the Act on the loan agreement in the form of subsidized credit and contribution spending concluded on April 19, 2010; Having regard to the note of November 15, 2011, prot. # 11768, with which the Office has authorized, among other things, the social variation of society Softeco Sismat from S.p.A. to S.r.l. and project transfer, relative to the share of their activities, from the University of Salento-ISUFI high school at the University of Salento-Service Center for major projects; Having regard to the note of the Institute agreement, May 8, 2012, prot. MIUR n. 3034 of May 11, 2012 with which it was communicated that, from Chamber of Commerce, the Consortium for Informatics Research and the campano industrial automation-CRIAI Scarl was in a State of dissolution and liquidation with effect from December 5, 2011; Having regard to the note of July 16, 2012, prot. # 4546, with which the Office has requested, the scientific expert and the Institute agreement, clarification about the activities performed and reported by co-proposer CRIAI Scarl; Scientific and expert instructors outcomes acquired the Institute partnered on the mentioned request MIUR prot of July 16, 2012. # 4546; Having regard to the note of Esaote S.p.A., advanced on behalf of all the proponents of July 9, 2014, prot. MIUR n. 17352 of July 17, 2014, by which it requested a rescheduling of project costs; Having regard to the note of July 24, 2014, prot. # 17948, with which the Office has requested the scientific expert and partner at the Institute to carry out, each to their own skills, the need to supplement inquiry; Scientific and expert instructors outcomes captured of the Institute agreement regarding the rescheduling request project costs of advanced training by the proponents; Having regard to the note of Esaote S.p.A., advanced on behalf of all the proponents of October 27, 2014, prot. MIUR n. 25488 of November 6, 2014, rectify, for a mere formal error, the previous note Esaote of July 9, 2014, prot. MIUR # 17352; Scientific and expert instructors outcomes captured of the Institute agreement regarding the mentioned amendment request; Given that the project in question has not yet been paid the final balance; Given that these changes do not modify the purposes of research and education, do not conflict with the criteria of rational utilization of resources to achieve the best result in contract, don't involve spending increases and its funding approved for the project by Ministerial Decree 18604, but just a different distribution among some co-proponents in relation to project costs; Considered an opportunity to proceed to the adoption of a specific project in question measure of change in Executive Decree No. 2927/Ric. the December 22, 2006 for admission to benefits, then rectified by directorial Decree n. 96 of February 11, 2009;

Proposing subjects Esaote S.p.A., Elesta S.r.l., CNR-Institute of biostructure and bioimaging, CNR-Institute of high performance computing and networking, CNR Institute of Clinical Physiology, University of Salento-Service Center for major projects, CINI-National University Consortium for Informatics, CRIAI-Campanian Consortium of research for information technology and industrial automation, S.D.N. S.p.a., Softeco Sismat S.r.l., Second University of Naples, as part of the Ministerial Decree 18604, presented in accordance with art. 12 of the Ministerial Decree 593/2000, are entitled to changes indicated in the premises in respect of a different division between some co-proponents of the costs of the training project. 2.
