Italy (2014/N)-38790 related to contracts for the supply chain and district; Considered that the aid scheme related to contracts for the supply chain KNOWS. 38790 (2014/N) should be changed to the part concerning aid for investment in tangible and intangible assets of agricultural holdings connected to primary agricultural production, in accordance with the above paragraph 735 2014-2020 guidelines; Considered appropriate to modify the table 1A of Annex A of the Ministerial Decree # 2436 of February 17, 2009, on aid for investment in agricultural holdings (primary production of agricultural products) to bring it into line with European Union guidelines for State aid in the agriculture and forestry sectors and rural areas 2014-2020;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. This Decree defines the eligible costs and the investment limits for the implementation of sectoral agreements and district levels, in the field of primary agricultural production, according to the provisions of art. 4, paragraph 2, of the Decree of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance and economic development Minister of November 22, 2007. 2. the provisions of this Decree shall apply to contracts for the supply chain, including the energy sector and district, under art. May 18, 2001, 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 228, identified by regions.
