Decrees: Art. 1 1. This Decree defines the eligible costs and the investment limits for the implementation of sectoral agreements and district levels, in the field of primary agricultural production, according to the provisions of art. 4, paragraph 2, of the Decree of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance and economic development Minister of November 22, 2007. 2. the provisions of this Decree shall apply to contracts for the supply chain, including the energy sector and district, under art. May 18, 2001, 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 228, identified by regions.
