The Minister for infrastructure and transport having regard to law No 84 January 28, 1994 and subsequent amendments regarding "reorganization of port legislation"; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation April 6, 1994, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana No 116 of May 20, 1994, detecting territorial district of the port authority-owned maritime areas of Livorno, the port and the surrounding water spaces, including the stretch of coast that runs from the mouth of Calambrone until Marina Nazario Sauro excluded; Having regard to the Decree of the Ministry of transport and navigation January 16, 2001, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana No 45 of February 23, 2001, the expansion of the territorial district of the port authority-owned areas of Livorno, at Harbour works and the surrounding water mirrors including on the coast of the island of Capraia from Punta del Frate in tip of Tail; Given that the port authority of Livorno has acquired the assets of two privately owned areas respectively m ² ² m and 32585 29259 falling within the territory of the town of Collesalvetti and identified the tax return to the sheet 49, 356 36 49 sheet, particles and particle, 37, 176, 217 and 223; Having regard to resolution No. 23 of October 8, 2014 by which the port of Livorno port authority Committee has arranged to initiate the procedure for inclusion in the territorial entity of two areas of strategic development, port traffic and logistics; Having regard to the note prot.
