The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the promotion of quality food and Agriculture of the horse sector having regard to Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of the Council, as amended by Regulation (EC) no 491/2009 of the Council establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products, in which it was submitted to Council Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 of the Council on the common organisation of the market in wine (Wine CMO); Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EEC) no 1037/2001 and (EC) no 1234/2007; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 607/09 of the Committee concerning application of Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 as regards protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications, traditional terms, labelling and presentation of certain wine sector products; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of April 8, 2010, # 61 concerning protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines, in art. 15 July 7, 2009, law # 88; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 30, 2011, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 295 of December 20, 2011 and on the website of the Ministry-PDO and PGI Products Section-PDO and PGI wines, on the approval of the specifications of production of PDO and PGI wines consolidated with the changes introduced to bring the same to prediction of the elements referred to in art. 118-quater, paragraph 2, of Regulation (EC) no 1234/2007 and approval of related technical files for the purpose of submitting to the E.u. Commission, pursuant to art. 118-s, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, and, in particular, article. 1, paragraph 2, of the said Decree, under which the consolidated disciplinary and related technical dossiers of PDO and PGI wines Italians have been forwarded to the E.u. Commission, by December 31, 2011, in accordance with the procedure referred to in art. 70-bis of Reg. EC No 607/2009, and have been published on the website of the Ministry-PDO and PGI-PDO and PGI Wines Section; Given the subsequent decrees with whom there have been some changes and corrections to certain production regulations of PDO and PGI wines and sometimes in its summary of the specification documents only, in order to adapt them to the specific preliminary observations made by the E.u. Commission, regarding compliance with the current regulations of the U. E. the same denominations and their technical files; Having regard to the ministerial circular No. 7580 of February 3, 2014 concerning provisions on operational policies and procedural deadlines for the simplification of the single document summary of Italian PDO and PGI wines submitted to the disciplinary Commission by recalled the end of December 31, 2011, according to which by the end of June 30, 2014, were entered into the computer system and-E.u. Commission Caudalie unique simplified summary documents cited PDO and PGI wines; Considering that in some disciplines of Italian PDO and PGI wines and sometimes even in its summary of the specification as well as unique documents adopted, sent to the Commission pursuant to Ministerial Decree E.u. and published November 30, 2011 and finally entered into the computer system of the Eu Commission, according to the criteria established in circular callback # 7580 of February 3, 2014-some errors were encountered in Office than on reporting entities who have prepared their proposals for specifications and technical files, as well as of the relevant regions and autonomous provinces; Deemed it necessary to proceed with the correction of errors, which are highlighted for each PDO and PGI products in alphabetical list annexed to this Decree, in order to make consistent and conform to the specifications in question invoked community and national legislation on PDO and PGI wines, and proceed, as appropriate, the subsequent correction of the technical file of its PDO and PGI unique summary of the specification document, or if the errors in question should also cover such document; Deemed also to have to publish on the website of the Ministry the list of the fixes in question and, consequently, of having to upgrade its disciplinary and, where appropriate, technical files, already sent to the E.u. Commission by December 31, 2011 and subsequently simplified by June 30, 2014, through the system of information made available by the Eu Commission in accordance with art. 70-a, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EC) no 607/2009, as well as upgrading of the specifications and, where appropriate, the technical dossiers PDO wines in question published on the website of the Ministry;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. By way of correction of errors recalled in the introduction, in the production regulations of PDO and PGI wines listed alphabetically in the appendix to this Decree, the changes are highlighted for each PDO and PGI products in that annex. 2. The corrections referred to in paragraph 1 shall be inserted:-in disciplinary and, where appropriate, in the technical files of its PDO and PGI under the information system provided by the European Commission, in accordance with art. 70-a, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EC) no 607/2009, by way of upgrading those already submitted to the E.u. Commission by December 31, 2011, pursuant to art. 118-s, paragraphs 2 and 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007, as well as updated and simplified, by June 30, 2014, according to the procedure and criteria laid down in ministerial circular No. 7580 of February 3, 2014 invoked in the introduction;
-in disciplinary and, where appropriate, in the technical files of its PDO and PGI products published on the website of the Ministry-PDO and PGI Products Section-PDO and PGI wines, by way of upgrading those already published on the same site under Ministerial Decree November 30, 2011 recalled in the introduction. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and on the website of the Ministry-PDO and PGI Products Section-PDO and PGI wines.
