The authority for COMMUNICATIONS GUARANTEES at the meeting of the Council of March 11, 2015; Having regard to act July 31, 1997, n. 249 on "establishment of the authority for communications guarantees and rules on telecommunications and broadcasting systems" (hereinafter referred to as the authority); Having regard to resolution 17/98 of June 16, 1998, published in the ordinary supplement to the official journal # 169 of July 22, 1998, which were approved the regulations on, respectively, the Organization and the functioning, administration and accounting and legal and economic treatment of the staff of the authority and, as amended and supplemented; See, in particular, article. 7 of the said regulation concerning the administrative management and accounting, (hereinafter the Regulation) concerning the method and timing of presentation and approval of the budget; Having regard to resolution No. 20/09/CONS of January 21, 2009 on "Integration of the manual referred to in art. 3 of Annex B to resolution No 17/98 of June 16, 1998 "which in part II-section VI in point 7 discipline rules on budget spending rules; Having regard to resolution No 14/534/CONS of October 31, 2014 on "new organization of the offices of the authority" and, in particular, article. 4, paragraph 6, letter. a), which entrusts the Service budget and accounting expertise on preparedness budget schemes; Having regard to act December 23, 2005, n. 266, containing "Provisions for the State annual and multiannual budgeting (Finance Act 2006)" and, in particular, article. 1, paragraphs 65 and 66; Having regard to resolution No. 567/14/CONS of November 6, 2014 on "Measure and method of payment of the charge payable to the authority for communications guarantees to the year 2015", which set the contribution rate, operators of the electronic communications sector, the extent of 1.15 per thousand in revenue and that for other operators in the communications industry (publishing, broadcasting, advertising agencies content producers, etc.), has determined the contribution rate to the extent of 2 per thousand of revenues; Considered that art. 1, paragraph 65, of law December 23, 2005, n. 266, recante "Disposizioni per la formazione del bilancio annuale e pluriennale dello Stato (Finance Act 2006)" expects that the deliberations, which are also fixed the terms and method of payment is subject to the President of the Council of Ministers, after consulting the Minister of economy and finance, for approval by Decree within twenty days of receipt and that after a period of twenty days of receipt without been formulated observations, the resolutions adopted by the bodies become enforceable; Considered with reference to contributions under the postal operators, dated February 6, 2015, it was published in the official journal the Decree prepared by the Ministry of economic development, in consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance, which establishes "measure and method of payment of the contribution payable by companies operating in the area of postal services to the authority for communications guarantees for the years 2012 , 2013 and 2014 "; Considering that in relation to the charge payable by the organizers of the competitions for the marketing of sports media rights, pursuant to resolution 622/14/CONS of December 10, 2014 on "Measure and method of payment of the annual contribution due by the organizers of the competitions for the marketing of sports media rights for the year 2014" has perfected the tacit consent, having been the measure sent to the President of the Council of Ministers on January 9, 2015; Having regard to resolution No 641/14/CONS of December 18, 2014 "budget for the year 2015 for the authority for communications guarantees-provisional Approval of the year"; Having regard to resolution No. 82/08/CONS of February 6, 2008, establishing a "Regime of publicity and transparency of the proceedings of the authority" and in particular art. 1, lett. a) which stipulates that the authority makes available on its corporate website, the budget for the current financial year; Having regard to resolution No. 125/11/CONS of March 10, 2011, containing "amendments to the regulation on the organisation and operation of the authority-replacement art. 10-BIS-publication of the proceedings of the authority "and, in particular, article. 1, paragraph 1, numbers 1 and 2; Resolution: Art. 1 approval of the budget for the year 2015 1. It approved the budget for the year 2015, in values in the elaborate accounting prepared financially and attachment box. 2.
