The HEAD of the CIVIL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT Saw the Royal Decree of November 18, 1923, n. 2440 laying down rules on capital and on the State general accounting; Visto l'art. 6 February 24, 1992, law n. 225 which States that for the implementation of the activities of national and local civil protection facilities may enter into agreements with public and private bodies; Having regard to law No 94 April 3, 1997; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 303, regarding "Sorting by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law No. 59 "and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 7, 2001, n. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to law No 196, December 31, 2009 "law of accounting and public finance"; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers November 22, 2010 on "regulation of financial and accounting autonomy by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers", published in the Official Journal No. 286 of December 7, 2010; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers. 8394 of December 6, 2010 on "Changes in the Organization of the Department of civil protection", recorded by the Court of Auditors on December 22, 2010, Reg. # 20 sheet # 317, published in the Official Gazette of February 1, 2011, n. 25; Having regard to the Decree of the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of January 18, 2011-recorded at the Court of Auditors on February 9, 2011, Reg. 3, sheet # 308-whom he proceeded to the identification of the responsibilities of the offices and facilities of the Department of civil protection; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 1° March 2011 on the "order of the General structures of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers", published in the ordinary supplement to the Official Gazette No 136 # 145 of June 14, 2011; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of April 9, 2014-recorded at the Court of Auditors on April 29, 2014, # 1155-with which the prefect dott. Franco GABRIELLI was awarded in accordance with articles 18 and 28 August 23, 1988, law No. 400, as well as art. 19 of the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, the position of Chief of the Civil Protection Department, with effect from April 9, 2014 and until the main proceedings under art. 18, paragraph 3, of law August 23, 1988, # 400, without prejudice to the provisions of art. 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic July 3, 1997, n. 520 and was awarded the title of administrative responsibility center n. 13-civil protection-the budget of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers; Having regard to the Decree of the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, registered at the Court of Auditors on March 14, 2013, Reg. 2, Fog. # 298, with whom as from November 7, 2012, to Dr. Angel Borrelli was awarded the post of Deputy Head of the Civil Protection Department; Having regard to Decree No 1239 of Rep. of March 28, 2013, registered at the Office of the budget and for accountant regularity on April 11, 2013, at 991, with whom the Deputy Department head, Dr. Angel Borrelli, were delegated certain powers of the head of Department; Visto l'art. 8, paragraph 6, of Decree-Law May 13, 1999, no. 132 July 13, 1999, converted, with amendments, by law No. 226, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 171 of the July 23, 1999 laying down rules on the Treasury only; Having regard to the Decree-Law no April 28, 2009. 39, converted with amendments, by law June 24, 2009, # 77, and in particular art. 11, which established the "earthquake risk prevention fund"; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department of June 19, 2014, # 171 that regulated contributions for earthquake risk prevention interventions, provided for by art. April 28, 2009 11 of Decree-Law n. 39, converted, with amendments, by law June 24, 2009, # 77, and in particular art. 1 paragraph 3 stipulating that aspects of greater detail concerning the procedures, forms and tools necessary for the management of the planned measures in the order can be specified in special decrees of the head of the Department of civil protection; View the table # 1, integral and essential part of the Decree of the head of the Civil Protection Department August 4, 2014, # 2983, recorded at the Court of Auditors on September 18, 2014, Reg.ne Prev. # 2518, laid out in art. April 28, 2009 11 of Decree-Law No. 39, converted, with amendments, by law June 24, 2009, # 77; Having regard to the note of the January 22, 2015 prot. No SIV/3054, by which the Office III-seismic and volcanic Risks of this Department calls for the transfer of funds to the regions for the years ' 2013; Seen the need to proceed to the division between the regions of funds available for the years ' 2013 pursuant to the aforesaid art. 11; Deemed it necessary to provide for the year 2013 the sum of € 185,072,275.49, which garrison ' on chapter 703 registered under the central responsibility n. 13 on civil protection of the autonomous budget of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the year 2015, presenting the necessary availability;
Decrees: are allowed, for the purpose of premises, the commitment and payment of the sum of € 185,072,275.49, the regions themselves according to the plan of allocation referred to in the Decree of the Head of the Civil Protection Department rep. # 2983 of August 4, 2014, and shown in the attached table which is an integral part of this Decree. The amount of € 185,072,275.49, garrison ' on chapter 703 of central responsibility n. 13 of the civil protection of the autonomous budget of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers for the year 2015. Its orders will be payable by credit on their Treasury accounts payable to the regions themselves.
