The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the promotion of quality food and Agriculture of the horse sector having regard to Regulation (EC) no 1151 November 21, 2012/2012 of its quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs; Having regard to law no 526 December 21, 1999 laying down rules for fulfilment of the obligations arising from Italy's membership of the European communities-Community law 1999; Visto l'art. 14 of the above Act December 21, 1999, # 526, and in particular paragraph 15, which identifies the functions for the exercise of which the protection consortia of PDOs, PGIs and TSGS can receive, by measure of recognition, the corresponding assignment by the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the ministerial decrees April 12, 2000, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 97 of April 27, 2000, containing general provisions concerning reliability requirements ' the protection consortia designations of origin (PDOs) and protected geographical indications (PGI), and identification of the criteria of representation in the corporate bodies of the consortium of protection of designations of origin (PDOs) and protected geographical indications (PGI) issued by the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies in art. 14, paragraph 17, of the above Act No 526/1999; Having regard to the September 12, 2000, Decree No. 410 published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-n. 9 of January 12, 2001 by which, pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 16, of law No. 526/1999, adopted the regulation concerning the distribution of costs arising from the activities of consortia of protection of PDOs and PGIs entrusted by the Ministry; Seen on October 12, 2000 Decree published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 272 of November 21, 2000 by which, in accordance with the provisions of art. 14, paragraph 15, point d) were given directives for the collaboration of the Consortium of protection of PDOs and PGIs with the Ispettorato Centrale Repressione Frodi, now Central Inspectorate of the protection of the quality and fraud repression of agri-food products-supervisory activities, the ICQRF; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) n. 1107 of June 12, 1996, published in the official journal of the European Union L 148 of June 21, 1996 by which it recorded the Asiago PDO «»; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of April 24, 2002, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 135 of June 11, 2002, with which it was attributed to the Consorzio per la tutela del formaggio "Asiago" recognition and the task to carry out the functions referred to in art. 14, paragraph 15, of law December 21, 1999, # 526 for Asiago PDO '; Having regard to the decrees of April 24, 2002, April 13, 2005, April 11, 2008, April 14, 2011 and April 11, 2014 with whom it was confirmed at the consortium of Asiago cheese was commissioned to carry out the functions referred to in art. 14, paragraph 15, of law December 21, 1999, # 526, Asiago PDO '; Having regard to the Departmental Decree # 7422 of May 12, 2010 laying down general provisions concerning verification of institutional activity attributed to the protection consortia pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 15, of law no 526 December 21, 1999; Since the consortium of Asiago cheese, on instructions of the Ministry, has adapted its Statute at supervened needs as regards protection consortia in accordance with departmental Decree of May 12, 2010, # 7422, and sent it for approval on February 2, 2015; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed with the approval of the Statute in the new version recorded on January 24, 2015, bearing the number 5403 Repertory and the number 2951 collection, by an Act signed by the Notary Gaia Thickets;
