The Minister for education, University and research having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, # 300, as amended, laying down "reform of the Government, in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law n. 59 ' and, in particular, article. 2, paragraph 1, # 11), which, following the modification by Decree-Law May 16, 2008, n. 85, converted, with amendments, by law no July 14, 2008 121, establishes the Ministry of education, University and research; Having regard to the Decree-Law May 16, 2008, n. 85, converted, with amendments, by law no July 14, 2008 121 establishing "urgent provisions for the adaptation of governance structures in accordance with art. 1, paragraphs 376 and 377, December 24, 2007, law n. 244» which, in art. 1, paragraph 5, provides for the transfer of the functions of the Ministry of University and research, with the inherent financial resources, equipment and personnel, the Ministry of education, University and research; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic February 21, 2014, published in the Official Gazette of February 26, 2014, at no. 47 laying «appointment of Ministers ", which sen. prof.ssa Stefania Giannini was appointed Minister for education, University and research; Having regard to the Royal Decree of August 31, 1933, n. 1592 laying ' approval of the consolidated text of the laws on higher education ' and, in particular, chapter II, section III title I for ' academic qualifications and examinations of State»; See the Royal Decree June 4, 1938, n. 1269 laying ' approval of the regulations on students, academic degrees, scholastic assistance and State examinations in universities and higher institutes '; Having regard to law no 1378 December 8, 1956, establishing rules on State exams for the qualification of professions; Having regard to the ministerial order of September 9, 1957, as amended, published in Official Gazette No. 271 of November 2, 1957 laying ' approval of regulation on State exams of professional qualification of professions '; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 3, 1999, # 509, and subsequent modifications and additions concerning the regulation laying down rules concerning the teaching autonomy of universities '; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 22, 2004, # 270, as amended, concerning «amendments to the regulation establishing rules concerning the teaching autonomy of universities, approved by Decree of the Minister for universities and scientific and technological research November 3, 1999, # 509»; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of October 19, 2001, n. 445 laying «regulation on State examinations of qualification to practise as a surgeon. Change to the ministerial order of September 9, 1957, as amended and supplemented; Seen the necessity to hold State examinations of qualification to practise as a surgeon for the year 2015;
Order: Art. 1 Are planned for the year 2015 the first and the second session of examinations of qualification to practise as a surgeon. To the aforementioned sessions may present candidates who have obtained the degree required by art. 3 of this order within the time limit set for each session by the rectors of individual universities in relation to the dates set for the sitting of degree.
