April 8, 2010, 17 of Legislative Decree No 61 concerning the protection consortia for designations of origin and geographical indications of wines; Having regard to the December 16, 2010 ministerial order laying down general provisions on the establishment and recognition of associations of protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines; Having regard to the Decree of July 2, 2013 with which it has been recognized the Consorzio tutela vini Colli Orientali del Friuli and Ramandolo and appointed to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests concerning DOCG "Colli Orientali del Friuli-Picolit», «Ramandolo" and "Colli Orientali del Friuli Rosazzo DOC» and «»; Having regard to the note of August 7, 2013 prot. # 34259 with which the Office PQA III, requested the Consorzio tutela vini Colli Orientali del Friuli Ramandolo and to amend the Statute in light of supervening legislation concerning associations; Verified the conformity of the Statute of the Consorzio tutela vini Colli Orientali del Friuli Ramandolo and headquartered in Corno di Rosazzo (UD), in Piazza XXVII Maggio, # 23, the requirements set out in Ministerial Decree December 16, 2010; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed with the approval of the Statute in the new version, approved by the extraordinary general meeting of the Consorzio tutela Vini Colli Orientali del Friuli Ramandolo and held on December 17, 2014, bearing the number of repertoire 45004 and recorded in Annex B to the number 24089 collection, by an Act signed by the Notary Pierluigi Chambers;
