April 8, 2010, 17 of Legislative Decree n. 61; Having regard to the December 16, 2010 ministerial order laying down general provisions on the establishment and recognition of associations of protection of geographical indications and designations of origin of wines; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of February 22, 2012, published in Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 51 of 1° March 2012, with whom it was attributed to a three-year period to Consortium Morellino di Scansano the recognition and the task to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of the d.lgs. April 8, 2010, # 61 for the DOCG "Morellino di Scansano"; Visto l'art. the departmental Decree of 3 May 12, 2010 detecting methods for the verification of the existence of the requirement of reliability is carried out every three years, the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Given that the Consortium Morellino di Scansano has proven reliability ' referred to in paragraph 1 and 4 of Legislative Decree No 61/2010 for the DOCG "Morellino di Scansano". This verification was performed on the basis of certificates issued by the inspection body, Valoritalia S.r.l., with note prot. # S29/2015/1191 of March 2, 2015, authorized to carry out the activities of control over the name "Morellino di Scansano"; Given that the Statute of the Consortium Morellino di Scansano, approved by this administration, has been subjected to the verification referred to in art. 3, paragraph 2 of the departmental Decree of May 12, 2010; Was therefore considered necessary to proceed to the confirmation of assignment to the Consortium Morellino di Scansano to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree No. 61/2010 for the DOCG "Morellino di Scansano";
Decrees: article 1. It is confirmed for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Decree, granted by Decree of February 22, 2012 the Consortium Morellino di Scansano, Scansano (GR), with registered office in via XX Settembre, n. 36, to perform the functions of protection, promotion, enhancement, consumer information and general care of interests under art. 17, paragraph 1 and 4, of Legislative Decree 61/2010 for DOCG "Morellino di Scansano". 2. The predicted position, which entails the obligation of the specifications given in the Decree of February 22, 2012, can be suspended or revoked by a decision motivated in case of loss of the requirements laid down by Ministerial Decree dated December 16, 2010. This Decree is published in the official journal of the Italian Republic and shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
