In accordance with art. 5 March 3, 1951, law n. 178, and art. 12 of p.r.Decree May 13, 1952, # 458, please be advised that, by Decree of the President of the Republic on November 26, 2014, were revoked the decrees of the President of the Republic on December 27, 1966, June 2, 1973 and June 2, 1974, for the parts relating to contributions of the honours of Chevalier, officer and Grand Officer of the order "Al merito della Repubblica italiana" , granted to Doctor Duilio Poggiolini.
Notices of contributions at the time of this honorific were published in the ordinary supplement to Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 255 of October 12, 1967, p. 22, third column, line # 61, (Ministry of Health National Knights list), in ordinary supplement to Gazzetta Ufficiale No. 259 of October 6, 1973, p. 7, fourth column, line # 61, (official national list of the Ministry of health) and in ordinary supplement to Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 10 of January 11, 1975, p. 23, third column, rigo # 70, (official national list Large Ministry of health).
