The DIRECTOR GENERAL of sea-fishing and aquaculture products having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of February 27, 2013, n. 105 on "Regulation organisation of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies", in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 10-ter of Decree-Law No July 6, 2012. 95, converted, with amendments, by law August 7, 2012; Seen on P.r.decree October 2, 1968 # 1639, bearing the "regulation for the execution of the law July 14, 1965, n. 963 concerning the discipline of sea fishing "; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 26, 1995, laying down the rules of issue of fishing licences, and in particular art. 11; Having regard to the Legislative Decree May 26, 2004, n. 154 concerning the modernization of fisheries and aquaculture products, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2, of the law March 7, 2003, n. 38; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of January 9, 2012 # 4, on measures for the restructuring of fishing and aquaculture legislation, pursuant to art. 28, the law June 4, 2010, # 96, and in particular art. 24, paragraph 2; Having regard to the reg. (EC) no 1967/2006 of December 21, 2006 concerning management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea and amending reg. (EEC) No 2847/93 and repealing reg. (EC) No 1626/94; Having regard to the reg. (EC) no 1198 of July 27, 2006 on the European Fisheries Fund; Having regard to the operational programme of community involvement from the European Fisheries Fund in Italy for the programming period 2007/2013, approved by the European Commission with decision C (2014) 5164 of July 18, 2014 amending Decision C (2007) 6792, December 19, 2007; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of January 26, 2012 on "compliance with Community rules on fishing licences", which incorporates the provisions of art. 3, point 3, annex II of the Commission's implementing Regulation (EU) no April 8, 2011 404, with particular reference to the need to indicate in the "no fishing license fishing systems", but "fishing gear" classified according to standardized international statistics (FAO-ISSCFGG July 29, 1980); Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1224 of November 20, 2009 establishing a community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy, amending regulations (EC) no 847/96, (EC) no 2371/2002, (EC) No 811/2004, (EC) no 768/2005, (EC) no 2115/2005, (EC) no 2166/2005, (EC) No 388/2006, (EC) no 509/2007, (EC) no 676/2007, (EC) No 1098/2007, (EC) no 1300/2008, (EC) no 1342/2008 and repealing Regulations (EEC) No 2847/93, (EC) no 1627/94 and (EC) No 1966/2006, and in particular art. 102; Having regard to the Commission's implementing Regulation (EU) April 8, 2011, # 404 establishing modalities for the implementation of Regulation (EC) no 1224/2009 establishing a community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 11, 2013, # 1380 on the common fisheries policy, amending regulations (EC) no 1954/2003 and (EC) no 1224/2009 of the Council and repealing Regulations (EC) no 2371/2002 and (EC) No 639/2004 and Council decision 2004/585/EC; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of August 27, 2012 with the definition of the procedure and limits for the adoption of the technical measures contained in local management plans; See in particular art. 1, paragraph 3, of the abovementioned decree that local management plans technical measures shall be adopted by a decree of the General Director of sea-fishing and aquaculture, at the request of the region concerned and after obtaining the opinion of the monitoring bodies identified in these plans, respecting the limits set out in annex 1 of that Decree; Having regard to the note on methodology of implementation of art. 37 of Regulation (EC) no 1198/2006 adopted by written procedure of the Supervisory Board on April 29, 2014; Having regard to the note of the Calabria region # 149517 dated May 5, 2014 to the authority of management containing the request for approval of two local management plans of Calabria; Having regard to the note # 73560 of March 6, 2015 with which the region of Calabria, at the request of the Executive Board, made the changes to the two floors, in particular the deletion of the piloting of the lipstick and sandeel between and compensatory measures to be taken and those; Having regard to the opinion delivered on October 21, 2014 from Unimar (Prot. n. 637/2014) that, as the body responsible for monitoring the effects of the measures specified in local management plan of Calabria, considers these measures comply with the provisions of note on methodology of implementation of art. 37, lit. m) of Regulation (EC) 1198/2006; Considered that regions, as the intermediate body of operational programme EFF, have adopted the notices concerning the measure 3.1 local management plans referred to in art. 37) (m) of Reg. (EC) no 1198/2006 e ss.mm. and ii; Given that the above methodological note provides that local management plans approved by the regions for the purpose of co-financing, must be submitted to the management authority for the adoption of necessary expertise to ensure fulfilment of management measures therein; Checked for consistency of relief plans presented with national management plans adopted by the Italian authorities pursuant to art. 19 of Reg. (EC) no 1967/2006 of December 21, 2006 concerning management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea, as well as with other Act referred to in the introduction; Decided to adopt the technical measures in question;
Decrees:

Art. 1 technical measures shall be taken to the following local management plans related to the region of Calabria. Local management plan for the entire coastal area regional GSA Ionic 19. Local management plan for the entire Tyrrhenian coast regional GSA 10. This Decree is divulged through the website of the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry and in the register of port authorities concerned and published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
