Replacement of the entity in charge. '; Having regard to the note of December 18, 2014 with which the entity in charge-Regional Director infrastructure, environment and housing policies of the Lazio region, asked, formally, the extension of a time limit on the duration of special accounts opened pursuant to the orders of the head of the Civil Protection Department # 34 and # 47 of 2013; Having regard to the note of December 30, 2014 by which the Civil Protection Department asked the Lazio region to send a detailed report as the basis of the request for an extension of the special accounts; January 29, 2015 notes views with which the entity in charge-Regional Director infrastructure, environment and housing policies of the Lazio region, sent the reports required by the Department with the above note of December 30, 2014; Recognized the need to ensure the rapid completion of Government initiatives aimed at replacing final overcoming the situation of criticality browsing; In consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance;
Features: Art. 1 1. To allow the performance of financial activities, the Regional Director of infrastructure, environment and housing policies of the Lazio region, appointed in accordance with order of the head of the Civil Protection Department # 153 of February 26, 2014, owner of special accounting # 3233 and n. 5235, allowed to keep open these accounts until December 31, 2015. 2. Stand still the reporting requirements in accordance with art. 5, comma 5-bis of law February 24, 1992, n. 225 and subsequent modifications and integrations. This Ordinance will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
