In accordance with art. 12, paragraph 2 of the D.P.C.M. December 5, 2013, # 159, INPS, felt the Ministry of labour and social policy, the Inland Revenue and the authority for the protection of personal data, approved with directorial Decree of March 9, 2015, # 5, the technical regulations containing the security measures in place to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss of data on users of social benefits in the information system of ISEE, including ISEE and analytical information contained in affidavits only acquired by the Institute, as well as unauthorized access or processing not allowed or does not conform to the purpose of collection.
