March 31, 1998, 107 of Legislative Decree No. 112; Having regard to the September 7, 2001, Decree No. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to Decree-Law of May 15, 2012, # 59, converted, with amendments, by law, July 12, 2012 # 100; See in particular art. 3, paragraph 2, last sentence of the said Decree-Law No 59/2012, converted, with amendments by law No 100/2012, where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, # 225 is applied art. 5, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the Act No. 225/1992; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers No 3303 of July 18, 2003; Having regard to article 6, paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 3873 of April 28, 2010, and 8, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3925 of February 23, 2011, and as amended and supplemented; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 66 of March 22, 2013 establishing a «civil protection Ordinance aimed to promote and regulate the takeover of the competent administrations in the ordinary way in initiatives aiming at the closing of the commissarial managers referred to in articles 6, paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 3873 of April 28, 2010 and 8, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3925 of February 23, 2011, and subsequent amendments and additions»; Having regard to the notes of the National Institute of nuclear physics of the November 17, 2014 and February 5, 2015, with which the latter has requested the extension of the period of duration of the special accounts opened pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 2, of the aforementioned Ordinance No 3303/2003, in order to allow the completion of the initiatives are still necessary for the return in the ordinary; Having regard to the note of the State General Accounting Department of the Ministry of economy and Finance of January 14, 2015; Recognized the need to ensure the rapid completion of the incoming Government, of definitive initiatives aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality browsing; In consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance;
Features: Art. 1 1. To allow for the completion of activities already programmed under order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 66 of March 22, 2013, the closing of the special accounting 3033, already headed to the President of the National Institute of nuclear physics in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 5, of the same Ordinance No. 66/2013, it is extended until December 31, 2015. 2. Stand still the reporting requirements laid down in art. 5, comma 5-bis of law February 24, 1992, n. 225 and subsequent amendments and additions. This Ordinance will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
