The Director-General of health care having regard to the request on January 7, 2015, with which the company Idropejo S.r.l. based in Melbourne (Trent), Viale Colombo 16, asked to be able to bring back on the labels of natural mineral water called ' Pejo Source Alpina» flowing within the mining concessions «Alpina» and «Palon» site in the municipality of Pejo (TN) In addition to the indication already authorised, the particulars relating to the feeding of infants; Having examined the documents produced; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the ministerial order of November 12, 1992, n. 542, as amended by Ministerial Decree of December 29, 2003; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree health-attivita ' produttive September 11, 2003; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of April 23, 1952, n. recognition of natural mineral water Pejo 570 Alpine Source and the managerial Decree March 19, 1999, # 3137-081 with whom it has been confirmed such approval and, for labels, it was authorized the following wording: «can have diuretic effects '; Having regard to the opinion of the third Section of the High Council of health expressed at its meeting of February 24, 2015; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1) on labels of natural mineral water «Pejo Source Alpina» di Pejo (Trento), conditioning without the addition of carbon dioxide, according to art. October 8, 2011, 12 of Legislative Decree n. 176, it can be reported, in addition to the indication already authorised, including the following: "breastfeeding is preferable in cases where this is not possible, this mineral water can be used for food preparation, of infants". This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the applicant and the competent provincial bodies.
